Building Parfait Application for Presh Produce at I" Are SJi. and 112°' .Street <br />Dear Mr. O'Sullivan <br />The Planning Department has completed its review of the building permit application for the <br />proposed 5,550 square foot produce market. The following revisions to the landscape plan (3 <br />copies) will be needed before approval of the plans can take place: <br />1) Landscape Area Along North Property Line —The landscape plan submitted (Sheet L- <br />1) shows that Black Pines would be planted at approximately 20 feet on -center. The <br />spacing must be reduced to one tree per 15 feet on -center. In addition, a 6-foot high solid <br />fence or wall is required along the property line to meet the Type 1 landscape standard. <br />2) Interior Parking Lot Landscaping— Section 19.35.080.D.2 of the Zoning Code <br />requires one tree planter for each 8 parking stalls. For the 17 stalls provided, a minimum <br />of two tree planters is required. One tree planter is shown. <br />Once the above changes/additional information have been provided to the satisfaction of the <br />City, the Planning Department will sign off on its review of the plans.
