If the facility is to sell produce only, _ <br />with no potentially hazardous foods such as milk, cheese, cut melons, etc., the Health <br />District does not require plan approval or issuance of a permit. <br />Mitigation Measures: <br />The applicant must comply with all conditions listed on the Mitigated Determination of Non - <br />Significance dated September 18, 2001, except as follows: <br />A traffic mitigation fee of $8,120.00 is required prior to building permit issuance. <br />($1,463.00/10002[specialty retail]) x 5.55 (1000 ft) = $8,120.00.
