C <br />Required Plans for Sin Permit Applications Must Contain: <br />1. Site Plan drawn to scale showing: <br />a. Property dimensions, location of all buildings, parking <br />areas, driveways and landscape areas <br />f b. Location of all existing signs, including the sign height <br />and sign area for each sign. <br />'c. Location of all proposed signs, including setbacks from <br />property lines, other signs (on -site and on adjacent sites). <br />d. Location of protective islands required by Section 36.090 <br />for freestanding signs. <br />e. Location of any signs to be removed or modified. <br />f. Which nonconforming signs are proposed to remain. <br />2. Elevation Drawing drawn to scale showing: <br />a. For freestanding signs show the height, dimensions and sign <br />area of all proposed and existing signs <br />b. For wall signs, the dimensions and facade area of the facade <br />of the particular business or entity for which the sign permit <br />is being applied. <br />3eC- For projecting signs, the dimensions of the sign, its <br />projection from the building, and the vertical clearance above <br />grade. <br />3. Landscape Plan for all protective islands required by Section <br />36.090 of the zoning code for freestanding signs. <br />4. Structural, Electrical and any other plans which demonstrate to <br />the Building Official that the proposed sign meets all requirements <br />of the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Sign Code, National Electric <br />Code and any other building related codes of the City of Everett. <br />signapp <br />
