Conclusions: The proposal must comply with the provisions of the Zoning Code <br />and other City, State and Federal regulations. <br />11. Accessibility to public transit, and traffic reduction measures proposed by the <br />applicant to reduce dependence of the proposed use on the automobile. <br />Findings: Public transit is available on 7"' Avenue SE. <br />Conclusion: Dependence on the automobile will not be reduced. <br />This is an administrative decision that is appealable to the City's Land Use Hearing <br />Examiner An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 calendar days of the date of <br />this notice.
