Driscoll <br />Hearing Examiner, City Hall <br />3002 Wetmore <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Driscoll: <br />In regard to the Saint Mary Magdalen Parish Special <br />Property <br />ertand prUse Permit,ed we <br />y <br />enclose a preliminary property survey showing existing <br />lines along Seventh Avenue and 88th Street S.E. <br />The Parish agrees to all of the recommendations in the Staff Report to Hearing <br />Examiner SPUN3-81, dated April 14, 1981 with the exception of the 10 foot <br />right-of-way dedication along 88th Street, S.E. Given the lack of any City of <br />Everett timetable or master development plan for this street and the surrounding <br />area, the Parish feels that right-of-way dedication, at this time, unfairly <br />burdens the Parish with respect to the other property owners along 88th Street. <br />The Parish has recently added parking and fencing improvements along Seventh <br />Avenue and 88th Street which would be affected by this right-of-way dedication. <br />When those proposed improvements were reviewed with the City of Everett in the <br />fall of 1980, the only right-of-way dedication mentioned at that time was along <br />Seventh Avenue.
