Provide 1 1/2"-2" 0 handrail <br />placed 34" minimum, 38" maximum above tread nosing, return ends or <br />terminate in newel posts or safety terminal. <br />10. Plans do not show construction of typical interior partitions. <br />11. In the one -hour occupancy separation between a Group R, Division 3 and <br />M Occupancy, the separation may be limited to the installation of <br />materials approved for one -hour fire -resistive construction on the <br />garage side. Install 5/8" type 'x' GWB on common wall, ceiling and <br />any wall supporting habitable space above wrap posts and beams. <br />12. Plan set does not include plans for deck.
