The two DNS requirements that have not been <br />met on the site plan is the additional landscaping along <br />the west property line and a twenty foot setback of the <br />eight foot high fence along 7th Ave S.E. The west side <br />of the site should be landscaped similar to the other. <br />sides of the si.te. <br />These char.ges to t.hc: site plan and landscaping plan must <br />be made befor�=_ the k�uilding permit application can be <br />signed off.
