The listed requirements are placed <br />in response to our review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION: None <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />2. Erosion and sedimentation control shall be done per City standards and as directed <br />by the City of Everett Public Works Inspector. Contact Public Works Inspection <br />Office prior to grading at 259-8800.(SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use <br />Policies.) <br />Reseeding of the graded area is to be done at the earliest possible time, not to <br />exceed 15 days after final grading is reached.
