The bottom of the culvert shall be at or below the natural <br />stream bad at the inlet and outlet. <br />b. Culvert ahall be of sufficient size to safely pass all <br />anticipated flows and debris. <br />c. All cut slopes and fill slopes ahall be structurally stable. <br />d. All cut elopes and fill slopes shall be planted immediately <br />after final grading with brush and grasses typical of the <br />vegetation in the general vicinity of the project. <br />e. All new or disturbed bank areas at the inlet and outlet ends <br />of the culvert shall be suitably protected to prevent erosion. <br />f. Equipment may operate in the water while shaping of the toe of <br />the bank and/or the key at the toe of the bank for placement <br />of bank protection material.. <br />g. Bank protection material shall be clean and shall be of suf- <br />ficient size to prevent its being washed away by high water <br />or by wave action. <br />
