L� <br />S <br />Y <br />EASEMENT <br />THE GRANTOR, EVERETT FREE METHODIST CHURCH, a nonprofit corporation, for and <br />in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration do <br />hereby grant and convey unto CITY OF EVERETT, a municipal corporation, an <br />easement for water purposes over the following described tract of land, <br />situated in Snohomish County: <br />An easement 15 feet in width being 7.5 feet on each side of the <br />following described center line located with Section 18 — Township 28, <br />North Range 5 E. W. M. <br />Beginning at the SW corner of Section 18, Township 28 N, Range 5 E.
