To <br />sutstantiate that the pipeline is within said easement, we need a mylar plan of as - <br />built information regarding any and all utility connection, the depth, size, <br />material of pipe, and location of connection. Where the utility is to be maintained <br />by the City, it must be built to City Standards and the plan must show location of <br />lines, tops anc! inverts of manholes and catch basins, tees, fire hydrants, and water <br />meterdrs.
