F. ` 1� II�� <br />Description of Proposal <br />The proposed action is the issuance of a Special Property Use permit <br />and building permits for construction of a church facility. The proposed <br />church would be approximately 35,000 square feet and would house 625 <br />people. The f)llowing factors were considered prior to making -- preliminary <br />decision on this proposal: <br />I. The site is located in the North Creek drainage basin. <br />2. On -site retention will be provided by the proponent. <br />3. The site is covered by fir, alder and hemlock. <br />4. Access to the site will be by way of 7th Avenue. <br />Proponent <br />Everett Free Methodist Church <br />3105 Lombard Avenue <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Location of Proposal <br />North of South Broadway, west of 7th Avenue. <br />Lead Agency: City of Everett Planning Department <br />Contact Person: Gerry Ervire <br />Phone: 259-8731 <br />This proposal has been determined not to have a significant adverse impact.on <br />the environment. An Euviroruueatal Impact Statement is not required under <br />RCW 43.21C.030 (2) (c).
