Culvert shall be of sufficient size to safely pass all <br />anticipated flows and debris. <br />c. All cut slopes and fill slopes shall be structurally stable. <br />d. All cut slopes and fill slopes small be planted immediately <br />after final grading with brush and grasses typical of the <br />vegetation in the general vicinity of the project. <br />e. All new or disturbed bank areas at the inlet and outlet ends <br />of the culvert shall be suitably protected to prevent erosion. <br />f.
