Kiser <br />Last October it was agreed between Robinson Plumbing <br />Dennis Lambert of. Rand's Woodcraft_, and City of Fverett <br />personnel that the drain tile under the access road to <br />the proposed Everett Free Methodist Church near 7th Ave <br />South East could be relocated to alleviate anticipated <br />drainage problem immediately downstream. The agreement <br />gree ent <br />was contigent upon a trashrack being placed <br />stram end of the culvert. <br />A field check on January 14, 1980 revealed that the <br />trashrack was still not in place.
