Kiser <br />9506 7th Avenue S.E. <br />Everett, Washington 98204 <br />Dear Pastor Kisers <br />As you may be aware, your church is located In an R-1, Single -Family Low Denslty <br />Residential zone in the City of Everett. Church use in this zone is allowed by <br />issuance of a Special Property Use Permit by the Everett City Council. Such a <br />permit was granted to allow the church use on July 6, 1977, subject to seven <br />condition's as recommended by the Everett Planning Commission (see attached <br />Planning Commission Report to City Council for conditions). <br />A recent site inspection shows that landscaping of the building and parking area has <br />not yet been completed.
