In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. The "typical 2-ST Section" shows a crawl space, the foundation plan shows slab -on - grade in living space. Please clarify. 2. Provide area of all living space (by Floor), garage, covered porches and open decks. 3. Remove references to "optional covered deck with gable roof'. Plans shall reflect the proposed structure as it will be built under this specific permit application. 4. Show height calculations on elevation drawings. Done elevation for top of concrete at main floor-, top plate at main floor, finished Floor at second floor, top plate at second floor, proposed ridge elevation and maximum elevation per height calculation. (Please be aware that propose structures that are within 12" of the maximum height are required to have the height verified by a licensed Washington State land surveyor). 5. Provide section of foundation between the dwelling and the garage. Show rigid insulation with thermal break.
