A copy is attached for your reference. <br />1. The "typical 2-ST St ction" shows a crawl space, the foundation plan shows slab -on - <br />grade in living space. Corrected on page 1. <br />2. Provide area of all living space (by floor), garage, covered porches and open decks. <br />Added to lower edge of page 2 <br />3. Remove references to "optional covered deck with gable roof'. Plans shall reflect the <br />proposed structure as it will be built under this specific permit application. Notes <br />removed. <br />4. Show height calculations on elevation drawings. Define elevation for top of concrete at <br />main floor, top plate at mair. floor, finished floor at second floor, top plate at second <br />floor, proposed ridge elevation and maximum elevation per height calculation. Added to <br />right corner of page 1. <br />5. Provide section of foundation between the dwelling and the garage Show rigid <br />insulation with thermal break. Corrected section upper left page 4 <br />6. Show R-10 rigid insulation with thermal break at perimeter of slab -on -grade of <br />foundation plan. Added to sections page 4. <br />7. Provide ledger detail and section. Show bolt placement, edge distance, (2) bolts at <br />splices and show what ledger is bolting hito. Detail added to page 4. <br />8. All exterior lighting fixtures shall be high efficiency luminaries. Note added to center <br />page 1. <br />9. A minimum of 50% of all luminaries shall be high effiency luminaries. Note added to <br />center page 1. <br />10. In garages, the area of floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall be <br />sloped to facilitate the movement of liquids to a drain or toward the main vehicle entry <br />door. Slope indication added note to garage side page 4. <br />11. Define thermal envelope at the office. Provide minimum R-21 insulation in the walls, <br />and R-10 rigid insulation with thermal break at the perimeter of the slab -on -grade. <br />
