The purpose of <br />this survey is to determine the qua.lity of housing and <br />evaluate the structure for the safety an3 welfare.of the <br />occupants as defined in the Housing Code for the City of <br />Everett. This survey �aill 'le�.d directly to a more health- <br />ful and safer City. <br />The Broadway Cut-off Apartments at 9801 7th Avenue, Everett, <br />S+lashington, is within the area being surveyed at the present <br />time. <br />An inspector will be at the property within the next three <br />weeks to make exterior and interior inspections of all the <br />units. Due to the nature o� the property we feel it advisable <br />t:o make a specific appointment time with you or your property <br />manager for this inspection. <br />Please advise this office wiihin ten (10) days of an inspec- <br />tion date and time convenient for you.
