EVERETi. V/ASH,GTUN <br />There is a 20" D. I. main on 7th Avenue with a static pressure of about 96 psi at the <br />hydrant between 9907 and 9915 - 7th. There should be no difficulty in serving the site. <br />SEWER: <br />There is an 6" main on 7th from 150' north of the Section line to the north with stub -outs <br />to the east. The line is only about 7' deep but has adequate capacity to serve this site. <br />DRAINAGE: <br />On -site detention and oil separation must be provided in accordance with the Drainage <br />ordinance.
