FINAL DECLARATION OF LON-SIGNIFICANCE The proposed action is the construction of a Warehouse approximately 16,000 square feet in area. The following factors were considered prior to making a preliminary decision and the listed requirements were placed in response to comments submitted by various City Departments during the Environmental Checklist Review of this proposal: I. The site is currently occupied by.a single-family dwelling which will be removed prior to construction. 2. Ingress and egress to the site will be provided via 7th Avenue. Site plans must show the .locations of 7th Avenue and 100th Street, and parking, access, and truck loading area design must be approved by the City Engineer. 3. The site drains into the East Fork of North Creek.
