PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMM�NTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per Ciry Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. Y�`y�'` 1L` `' �� ;% <br />��. ��:=. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a rooF downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more detaiis. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginr�ing the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />13. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />14. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Ever�tt Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front propert� iine out to the street paving. <br />18.
