Here are my findings. <br />1. The fence appears compliant in height and in relation to the setbacks. <br />2. The addition appear:, to be a detached gazebo structure that is iess than 200 sq ft in size. <br />3. These structures meet the criteria for "work exempt from permit" as outlined in section R105.2 of the IRC. <br />4.
