In addition, inspections performed on work under C0102- <br />016 in October 2002 resulted in additional corrections requested. Copies of the last inspections <br />aze enclosed. The Unifam Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the <br />work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced <br />for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without docume�tation <br />of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension.. <br />� <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
