Tlie <br />Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if ihe work authorized by <br />the perrrtit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 <br />days. If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of completion, <br />you may: <br />I) Request inspections oFwork that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or Z) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 1 SO day extension. <br />Please provide the perrnit number when requesting inspections or extensions.
