5. <br />�6. <br />7. <br />�8. <br />9. <br />PUBLIC WORK� PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts lo the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage syslem provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof dovdnspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 2.5' long. See <br />attachmenl For more details. <br />The contractor must meet wilh the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routir.g prior to beginning the projFct. <br />instafl eresion control measures as deterr:iir�ed by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of ihe project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated materiai from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutler and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on lhis proposai's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the slreet paving. <br />18.
