4. <br />5. <br />L�; <br />7. <br />� 8' <br />g, <br />10. <br />11. <br />12. <br />1;i. <br />14. <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As oer Public VJorks approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer r�er City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' lona. See <br />attachment for more �+etaiis. <br />Tne contractor must meet with the Public lNorks Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion controi measures as determined by the Pub!ic Works inspector, such as silt <br />�ence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Irstall erosion control measures per Ciry of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion contrul measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per Ciiy of Everett Standard �#307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the �treet paving. <br />18.
