Ail references refer to the <br />2009 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br />City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2009 Edition, unless staked otherwise. <br />In order for the proce�sing of your application to continue, it witl be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br />documens reflecting the corrections requested. <br />1. As an addition to an existing adult family home, the proposed construction must comply <br />with IRC Section R325 (State Amendments) (enclosed}.
