$25,000/year 60% of current single - income or less: family residence rates B. To qualify for the above reduced rates, any applicant must also meet the following requirements: 1. At the time of application for the reduced rates under this section, the applicant must be receiving a verifiable property tax discount from Snohomish County; 2. The applicant must be the owner/occupant of a single-family home serviced by the city of Everett water department; and 3. Only the applicant and/or the applicant's spouse may have income within the household. The total annual combined household income may not exceed thirty-five thousand dollars. C. In no case shall the discounted rate for sewer be less than the equivalent share of operation and maintenance (including replacement) of the city's water pollution control facility.
