She said she had no way to keep people out of the house and could not keep people from dumping garbage, trasl� and debris on the property. I advised her that, as the property owner, it was her responsibility to keep the house secured and the property clear of trash. I also informed her that I had to have tl�e Police escort me to the property when I posted the Notice and Order on the building. In essence, she was putting our lives and the lives and property of the neighbors at stake by keeping this property in its present condition. She indicated that the property was up for sale and there was a proposal on it at this time. I informed her that the possible sale of the property does not prevent the city from continuing with a5atement of the building and its surroundings. She said she would have the prospective buyer call me. She asked that I not scare him off. �
