The above-desc..,bed building shall either be repaired in accordance with all current Building Code requirements and all other applicaUle codes or demolished. IV. If the owner elects to repair the building in accordance with the current Building Code requirements, all required perm�ts must be secured therefore, and the work physically commenced within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. All work must be completed within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order. V. If the owner elects to demolish the building, all requirerl permits shall be secured therefore within thirty (30) days of thP date of this order. Such demolition must be completed within sixty (60) aays from the date of this Order. VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in i[s present condition, it shall be kept secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. VII. If the requirements set forth in Paragraphs IV, V and VI above are not complied with, the City of Everett will order the building to remain ��acated and proceed to cause the building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property and/or its owner. VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Adviscy and Appeais Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform Housing Code and tilrrl with the �ity of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service af this Notice and Order.
