The following is a chsonological history of the property at 10021 9th Ave SE. On July 27 1994, a Resolution for demolition of the buildings , which is attached, will appear on the Council Agenda for action. 7ulv 30, 1991: �t. 24, 1991: An inspection of the building was conducted. After extensive research on ownership, a 10 day ]etter was sent to the owner. Sent.30. 1991: The owner responded to the 10 day letter. The owner stated that the house would be boarded up, the yard cleaned up, and the property put on the for sale. Oct. 26, 1993: After monitoring this property for two years, it was noted today that this place is being used for a dump again and the house is open to the public. April 20. 1994: With assistance from the Police Department a Notire and Order to repair or demolish the building was issued and posted on the house. Anril 22. 1994: The owner received the Notice and Order via certified mail, return receipt requested. The return receipt was retumed to mu on Apri125th. Ma�2. 1994: The owner called and said she could not kePp the house boarded up. I explained that it was her responsibility to take caze of her property, that it has been confirmed that drug activity is taking place there, and how dangerous [hese conditions were to the public, the police, and myself.
