� <br />Non-wetland: The majority of the upland portions of the site is devoid of vegetation. Remnant red <br />alder (Alnus rubra, Facl. Himalayan blackberry (Ru6us discolor, FacU) and fireweed (Epilobium <br />anugustifolium, FacU+) aze located azound me perimeter and in the eastem portions the site. <br />Wetlands: The majority of the wedand is dominated by pioneer vegetation. Sapling red alder (Alnus <br />rubru, Fac), black co!tonwood (Populus trichocarpa, (FacW), willows (Sa[ix sp. Fac-FacW), and <br />soft rush (Juncus effi�sus, FacW) dominate the wetland azea. <br />The dominance of these species, rated "Facultative" and wetter, satisfies the criteria for h�droptrytic <br />vegetation in the areas mapped as weUand. <br />USE OF TFIIS REPORT <br />This wetiand determination report is supplied to David Piggot as a means of determining on site <br />wetland conclitions as required by the Ciry of Everett during the permitting process. <br />This report is based largely on readily observable conditions and to a lesser extent, on readily <br />ascertainable conditions. iVo attempt has been made to determine hidden or concealed conditions. <br />Reports n:zy he adversely affected due to the physical condition of the site and the difficulty of access <br />which may lead to observation or probing di�culdes. <br />The laws applicable tu Nedands aze subject to varying interpretations and may be changed at any dme <br />by the courts or legislative bodies.
