Each owner has provided suitable and reasonable grounds for the extension. I have also been in contact with the Health District trying ±o establish if there were any system problems. The Health District has agreed to flag these prope-ties and notify them of the connection requirements if a problem develops. Utility Services as already begun cnarging these properties as required by EMC. This memo will be Micro-filmed and a note will be charted at each address.
