<br />and to her heirs, successors and assigns an easement for the laying and con-
<br />structina of a water tine and water main, together with all necessary appur-
<br />r;:nances thercto, over, along and across the �orth 5 feet of the West S feet
<br />of the herein described Parcel "A", together oiith the rights of ingress, and
<br />egress over, under, along and across said casement area for purposes of repairs,
