Tollefson of Utility Services dated March 19, 2002, I am <br />requesting an extension of up to ten (10) years for mandatory connection to the sewer line <br />currently nroning in front of niy propeRy. <br />1 have enclosed the report from the Snohomish Health District completed on April 11, <br />2002. The report indicates that the tank appeazs to be located under the deck and/or hot <br />tub. Since the Health District inspector did not dig down to the tank they wou!d no? <br />know thai the deck and hot tub were carefully placed 6 to 8 inches outside the perimeter <br />of the tank.
