4. <br />5. <br />'6. <br />7. <br />:�• <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br />12. <br />13. <br />14. <br />PUBLlC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Put�ic Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601 <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 607_, 604. <br />Connect all rocftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainao� system provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Munual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more de:ails. <br />The contraclor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion contre� measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approvad, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remo�e and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public VVorks Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway f� �m the front property li; �a out to the street paving. <br />18. Contact the Water District ior connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sewer services. <br />19.
