<br />The regular meeting of the City of l;verett IIoard of Adjustment was held
<br />at 7:00 �.m. in the City Hall C01111C11 ChamUers.
<br />D1r. Russell presided; �Sr. Zook and Str. Ho�i�lan3 were present. t�ir.
<br />Eckstrom and Dir. ��]ilson were absent.
<br />Mr. Russell introduced the Board members to i:he audience.
<br />Under old business a request was read for an extension of time L-or
<br />a period of one (1) year Lor Evelyn and Glen Chapman, requesting
<br />construction of a duplex on 7,150 sq. ft. of property rather than the
<br />Code requirement of 7,500 sc�. ft. of property at 6524 IIighland Drive.
<br />The extension wili be from Pebruary �1, 1981 to February 4, 1982.
<br />It was moved by h1r. Zook, seconded by Dtr. itoagland and unanic�ously
<br />carried to grant the extension of time for Evelyn and Glen Chapman.
