The Bid Guar:uity shall be in one of the follow�ng forms and madc payable to the <br /> PORT of EvErett: a Bid Guaranty bond, issued by a surety meeting the <br /> requirements of Paragraph �.1 of the General Conditions, a U.S. postai money <br /> urder; or a cerifled check or cashier's check drawn upon a banking institution. <br /> �.7 Alternative Bids <br /> Before the bid submittn] deadline, any Bidder ma�submit an Alternative Bid based on � <br /> plans and specifications provided by tr�e Bidder�vhich it wnsiders to be in the interest of <br /> the PORT.
