<br /> ordinances,or regulations which it discovered. If the CONTFACTOR promptly reports such disco�ery
<br /> � prior ro convnencement of any portion o.`the P1ork�ifected by any su�h error,inconsistency, omission,or
<br /> � variance, the CONTRACTOR shall not be liablc to thc PORT f�r damage resulting irom such zrror;
