There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br /> property. The property is overgrown with vegetation and there <br /> is trash scattered on the premises. There is rot and deterioration in the roof, eaves, siding anci <br /> other wood members oE the Uuilding. <br /> 5. There is a lack of weather protection for exterior wall <br /> coverings, including a lack of paint, and deteriorated roofing <br /> mater.ials. <br /> 6. Windows are broken and doors are setting open, allowing <br /> moisture. <br /> 7. Vandalism ic being done to the interior of the structure. <br /> Walls have holes in them, stairways are missing hand and guard <br /> rails, bathroom fixtures have been removed, and furnf.ture and <br /> 1PPtiances ar� being Corn apart. <br />
