There <br /> was r.o response, from the owner of.' the property ::o the ne::t <br /> step was thc- i�suance of a Notice and Order requiring the <br /> owner of t.he property to repaic or demolish the hose. 'i'he <br /> Order was issued on October 7.7th, 1988 . The owner of the ' <br /> property called me in Ueecember of 198H and stated that he was � <br /> going ro repair the hnune .
