A hydrant will be needed nearer this site. <br /> SEWER & DRAINAGE: <br /> There is an 8" main in an easement on the Ivorth side of 12th tivith the first manhele <br /> located approsimately 200' West of the centerlire of Rainier. On-site detention will <br /> be required with provision for oil and sediment removal.
