Resolution Number 4439 <br /> A Resolution accepting the 10 percent petition <br /> and authorizing submittal of a 75 percent petition <br /> for the Biringer Farm area annexation. <br /> WHEREAS, the Port of Everett, Board of Commissioners has requested that the Biringer <br /> Farm area owned by the Port of Everett be annexed into the City of Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has a desire to work with the Port of Everett in a <br /> cooperative and supportive manner, and <br /> WHEREAS,the area proposed for annexation is within the Urban Growth Boundary area <br /> established by Snohomish County. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The City of Everett wishes to accept the 10 percent petition for the proposed <br /> annexation and authorize collection of the 75 percent petition. <br /> 2. The City of Everett will require the simultaneous adoption of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> designation and zoning proposed for the annexation area. <br /> 3.
