Wall to be fastened secure in order <br /> to support the new wall hung plumbing f.ixtures . <br /> Following all necessary plumbing and electrical work in <br /> both the neN furred wall and the ceiling, the contractor <br /> shall cover both areas with 5/8" water resistant gypsum <br /> wal'.board, fastening with screws . Tape and spackle <br /> smooth in preparation for paint. (Bathr.00m ceiling <br /> sheetrock kork is in item #1 of spec. ) Finish complete , <br /> the lower portion of the new furred wall with matching i <br /> tiles up to the height of existing tile .
