EASEMENT <br /> damages are caused by or result from the concuttent negligenc�, of (a) the Grantor, its agents, <br /> successors or assigns, and (b) the City, its offir,crs, employees or agents, this indemnity <br /> provision shall be valid and enfcrceable to the extent permitted by law. 'I'he Grantor <br /> specificaliy and expressly waives any immunity under Industrial Insurance, Title 51 RCW, and <br /> acknowledQes that this waiver has been mutually r.eQotiated by tl�e part;es. <br /> 7.
