If you <br /> wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br /> o: 3) Submit a wrilten request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
