Thc additional 16 inchcs will havc '/z plywood addcd on and I lirc blocking inscried for nailing at thc new shecting bottom and for fastening the old sheeting at �he top. Walis will be insulated widi faced R-13 batts Roof Praming Rool�is a 4/l� pitcli wilh 2x( raftcrs spaced a12d" OC. "Cotal sp:ui is 1S 2" Ridgc Board �i�ith be a 2xa. [3ird blocks will be added between the ral?crs for ventilation. Ccilingjoists will bc 2x( spaced at 24" OC. lnsulation will be R38 in the attic. Por the overbuild section, continuous 2x6 board will bc addcd undcr thc bottom cut of thc new raftcrs. Shccting and I:oof The roof will he shected with '/ inch cdx, staggering the sheets. All edge to edge shceting will have PSCL 7/1( plywood clips. Roof will be covered in onc Iayer of 30# felt. A dass A threc tab shingle will be used to roof it. ��
