c) The inventory of undeveloped industrial land in King County has decreased which <br /> should cause a greater demand for industrial land in Snohomish County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT THAT: <br /> 1. The application of Marc Bhend to amend the land use designation of the Land Use Map of <br /> the Everett Comprehensive Plan for a 40 acre parcel located on the west side of 36th Avenue <br /> West, north of Seaway Boulevard, as depicted on the attached "Exhibit A, Map #1," as adopted <br /> by Ordinance #2021-94, from 5.4 "Office and Industrial Park" to 1.2 "Single Family Detached, <br /> 5 to 10 Dwellings per Gross Acre" and 1.5 "Multiple Family, 15 to 20 Dwellings per Gross <br /> Acre" is hereby denied. <br /> 2. The application of Marc Bhend to rezone a 40 acre parcel located on the west side of 36th <br /> Avenue West, north of Seaway Boulevard, as depicted on the attached "Exhibit A, Map #1", <br /> from M-M (Business Park) with a concomitant agreement to R-3(L) (Multiple Family Low <br /> Density) and R-1 (Single Family Detached Low Density) is hereby denied. <br /> -I -I -II -01111111111111111111111w., <br /> COUNCILMEMBER INTRODU NG RESO .
