6. The City of Everett acknowledges that any facility developed with grant assistance from the <br />Recreation and Conservation Funding Board must be dedicated for public outdoor recreation <br />purposes, and be retained and maintained for at least 20 years from the date of final project <br />reimbursement unless otherwise provided and agreed to by our organization and the <br />Recreation and Conservation Funding Board. <br />7. This resolution becomes part of a formal application to the Recreation and Conservation <br />Office for grant assistance. <br />As part of the adoption process of this resolution, the City of Everett provided appropriate <br />opportunity for public comment regarding this application for grant funding assistance for <br />Kasch Park. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City of Everett during the city council meeting held: <br />Location Everett, Washington Date June 24, 2015 <br />Signed and approved by the following authorized representatives: <br />Council Person Introducing Resolution <br />Council President Date 6/24/2015 <br />Attest <br />Approved as to form <br />2 <br />
