EXHIBIT 1 TO RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br /> Project Description <br /> The Project consists of the acquisition, construction and equipping of maufacturing <br /> facilities at 6500 Merrill Creek Boulevard in the City of Everett, Washington, to be owned by the <br /> Elizabeth A.
